Founded in 2005, the Adams County Youth Initiative (ACYI) is a countywide collaboration dedicated to building a better tomorrow and ensuring that every Adams County child graduates from high school without a delinquency or substance use problem. Through partnerships, programs and systems ACYI is promoting local investment and building the capacity of agencies, families and youth to work together toward achieving this vision.
Together, we can decrease juvenile delinquency and substance use, and increase high school graduation rates in Adams County

Formed in 2008, the Adams County Homeless to Home Partnership (H2H Partnership) is comprised of non-profit organizations, public agencies, churches, businesses and community leaders who work together to end homelessness and to promote self-sufficiency and permanent housing in Adams County through shared responsibility and community engagement.
