 Assist homeless persons into the Cold Weather Care program and gather vital information. Assess their further needs and connect them with resources for help they need or want. Showers and snacks will be available.

• Set up for intake process
• Assist Case Managers
• Guide guests  through intake process
• Oversee time in shower facility
• Provide towels and washcloths
• Clean-up at end of night
